Shipping
Shipping is free when the cart subtotal is ₹999 or more. For orders below ₹999, a ₹99 shipping charge is added at checkout.
Delivery timing can vary by destination and courier availability. Any available delivery or tracking information will be shared as the order moves through processing and dispatch.
Please enter a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable mobile number at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
Returns
VEZANTO currently offers a 7-day return window from delivery for eligible items.
For a return to be considered, the product should be kept in its original condition and should not be used, washed or intentionally damaged. Final eligibility is checked when the return request is reviewed.
Refund or replacement handling depends on the payment method and the condition of the returned item. Any final return instructions will be communicated with the approved request.
Privacy
We collect information needed to process an order, such as name, email, mobile number, shipping address and purchased items.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. VEZANTO does not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking password on its server.
Order information may be retained for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention and other legitimate business requirements. We do not publish customer order information.
Store Terms
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Product availability, colours and visual appearance can vary slightly because of stock, screen settings and photography.
Orders may be reviewed or cancelled if there is a pricing error, stock issue, payment problem, suspected misuse or an incorrect delivery address.
By placing an order, you confirm that the contact and delivery information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
